Everest Infrastructure Partners (“Everest”) has acquired Patriot Communications (“Patriot”) to expand its growing portfolio of managed rooftops and leverage Patriot’s unique breadth of experience, national footprint, and brand identity across the hospitality and commercial real estate industries.
